Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Sirius Docs and its connected services.

Effective July 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sirius Docs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sirius Docs for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sirius Docs. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent, guardian, school, or authorized organization must permit your use. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing access granted to members of your organizations and workspaces.

3. The Sirius Docs service

Sirius Docs provides AI-assisted chat, document creation and editing, file analysis, diagrams, exports, collaboration, connected cloud-storage search, and related features. Features may change as we improve the service, and some functionality may be identified as beta, preview, or experimental.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Sirius Docs. You grant Parhelion Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, format, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide Sirius Docs to you and the people with whom you choose to collaborate.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, connect, process, and share your content. You are responsible for reviewing permissions before adding third-party or confidential material to a workspace.

5. Connected services

You may authorize Sirius Docs to access Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, or other third-party services. You control which accounts are connected and which files are imported. You may disconnect an account at any time.

Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, access restrictions, or actions taken by a third-party provider. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete files you previously chose to copy into Sirius Docs.

6. AI-generated output

Sirius Docs uses artificial intelligence systems that can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results. Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results. You must review output before relying on or distributing it.

Sirius Docs does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether content and output are appropriate for your use, including checking citations, calculations, permissions, and factual accuracy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Sirius Docs to:

  • Violate applicable law, regulations, sanctions, or another person’s rights.
  • Upload or share content you do not have permission to use.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, fraud, abuse, or unlawful harm.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
  • Access another user’s account, workspace, files, or connected services without authorization.
  • Scrape, resell, or systematically extract the service or its outputs except as expressly permitted.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified when it is not.

8. Our service and intellectual property

Sirius Docs, including its software, design, branding, and service technology, is owned by Parhelion Labs and its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve Sirius Docs without restriction or compensation.

9. Fees and paid features

Some features may be offered under free limits, paid plans, trials, or organization agreements. Pricing and plan terms presented at purchase form part of these Terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for applicable taxes.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Sirius Docs at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sirius Docs is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that AI output or information available through the service is accurate or suitable for your intended use.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parhelion Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from Sirius Docs.

Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Sirius Docs during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or SGD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Sirius Docs, our business, or applicable requirements. We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practicable. Continuing to use Sirius Docs after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
