1. Who we are
Sirius Docs is an AI-powered document creation and collaboration service operated by Parhelion Labs in Singapore. In this policy, “Sirius Docs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service and its operator.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide or generate when using Sirius Docs, including:
- Account information: your name, email address, profile details, authentication records, workspace memberships, and account preferences.
- Content: chat messages, prompts, documents, document history, reference files, attachments, exports, comments, and AI generated results.
- Usage and technical information: session identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, feature usage, request logs, error information, and AI usage measurements.
- Communications: messages you send to support, sales, or other Parhelion Labs contact addresses.
3. Connected cloud storage
You may optionally connect one or more Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Dropbox accounts. These connections authorize Sirius Docs to access files on your behalf; they do not replace your Sirius Docs login.
For a connected account, Sirius Docs may access:
- Your provider account identifier, display name, email address, and profile image.
- File metadata and search results, such as names, paths, MIME types, sizes, and modified dates, so Sirius or a provider-hosted file picker can show relevant results.
- The contents of a file only when you choose to import it. Cloud-native documents may be exported to a standard file format first.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection. These credentials are encrypted at rest. Refresh tokens are never returned to the browser; a short-lived Google access token may be used in your browser only to open Google’s secure file picker. Tokens are not included in chat messages or exposed to other users.
When you select a cloud file, Sirius Docs creates a copy in its own object storage so it can be attached to your conversation and processed consistently with files uploaded from your device. Searching does not import every matching file.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide chats, document creation, collaboration, search, exports, and attachments.
- Authenticate users, maintain workspaces, and enforce permissions.
- Process user-directed AI and transcription requests.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of Sirius Docs.
- Send service, account, security, and support communications.
- Prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Google user data and AI features
Sirius Docs uses Google Drive data only to provide user-facing features that you request: letting you browse and search Drive through Google’s picker, importing files you select, attaching those files to chats, and producing the document or response you ask for.
When you deliberately attach an imported Google Drive file to a chat, its contents may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the response or document you requested. Sirius Docs does not use Google Workspace data to train or improve generalized or foundational AI models, for advertising, to determine creditworthiness, or to sell data.
Sirius Docs’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Retention, disconnection, and deletion
We retain account information and user content while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Backup and security records may remain for a limited period after primary data is deleted.
Disconnecting a cloud account deletes the stored local credential and, where supported, asks the provider to revoke its token. Files already imported into Sirius Docs remain separate copies until you delete them through available product controls or request their deletion. You can also revoke Sirius Docs directly from your Google, Microsoft, or Dropbox account settings.
To request account deletion, access, correction, export, or deletion of data that cannot be removed in the product, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, encrypted connected-account tokens, and restricted service credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and protect access to your account.
9. International processing
Sirius Docs and its service providers may process information in Singapore and other countries where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
10. Children
Sirius Docs is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized organization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Sirius Docs or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update its effective date, and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. If our use of Google user data changes, we will update our disclosures and obtain consent where required before using the data for a new purpose.
